Dr. Oscar Owens, Jr. is a seasoned Christian educator, minister, and author with over 40 years of ministry experience dedicated to spiritual formation, prayer, and practical discipleship. Served for many years as the Director of Christian at the West Angeles Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles Education and President of the West Angeles Bible College. He has also served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Azusa Pacific University, Fuller Theological Seminary, Vanguard University, and Biola University.
