Dr. Charles is Director of Program Innovation at SUM Bible College in El Dorado Hills, California, where he also teaches theology. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli, India, and M.Div. and Ph.D. degrees in Theological Studies from Regent University. His areas of interest include Apologetics, Science and Religion, Moral Theology, Moral Philosophy, and Christian Ethics.
